隱私權協議

1. 前言

歡迎使用 TrainerPlux（以下稱「本服務」）。本隱私權政策旨在說明冷杉科技股份有限公司（英文名稱 SolFirTech Co., Ltd.，以下稱「本公司」或「我們」）如何蒐集、處理與保護您的個人資料，以及您可享有的隱私權利。

如您使用本服務，即表示同意本政策之內容。

2. 詞語定義

您於社群中張貼的留言、圖片、影片等。

受我們委託，協助提供本服務之第三方。

3. 我們蒐集的資料種類

3-1 必要帳號與身份資訊

  • 姓名（或暱稱）

  • 電子郵件信箱

  • 透過第三方登入（Google、Apple、Facebook）所取得之公開個人檔案照及辨識碼

3-2 使用紀錄與診斷資料

  • 預約課程紀錄（教練 ID、課程時間、地點、筆記）

  • 社群互動紀錄（留言、按讚）

  • 裝置資訊：IP 位址、OS 版本、裝置型號、語系、推播權杖、崩潰日誌

3-3 您授權提供的多媒體

  • 相機或相簿中的圖片／影片（僅在您上傳或拍攝時存取）

未蒐集之資料：我們不直接收集、處理或儲存任何信用卡號碼或金融帳號資料。當您進行付費時，系統將導向由本公司合作之 第三方金流服務（例如 TapPay、綠界或其他受 PCI-DSS 認證之支付服務商） 所提供的安全付款頁面。您在該頁面輸入的付款資訊僅由該服務商依其隱私權政策處理，我們僅收到交易成功與否之結果碼、訂單編號等必要紀錄，並不會保存完整卡號或 CVC。

5. 個人資料之使用目的

  1. 供應、維護與改進本服務

  2. 管理帳號與身份驗證

  3. 推送課程提醒、系統更新與客服訊息

  4. 於您同意前提下，傳送產品新聞與優惠

  5. 統計分析與服務安全（僅以匿名或去識別化方式）

6. 共享與公開範圍

  • 服務提供者：僅為代管伺服器、推播、分析所需。

  • 業務夥伴：於活動或功能整合時，向您明確說明並取得同意。

  • 其他使用者：

    任何社群貼文、留言將對同一社群所有使用者公開

  • 法律要求：於符合法定程序或政府機關合法要求時提供。

  • 取得您的同意：於其他未列舉之用途前，將先行徵得同意。

7. 保存期間

  • 帳號刪除後，我們將於 90 天內刪除或去識別化您的個人資料；依法須保存之交易資料最長 7 年。

  • 崩潰日誌與診斷事件保存 24 個月 用於除錯與安全分析。

8. 資料跨境傳輸

所有資料將於台灣及 Google Cloud（區域：asia-east1）處理。

我們將採取合理措施（如 TLS 1.2+ 傳輸加密、AES-256 伺服器端加密）以確保資料安全。

9. 您的權利

您可隨時透過「帳號設定」存取、修正或刪除個人資料，或電郵至下方聯絡方式提出：

  • 查詢或請求副本

  • 資料可攜權

  • 撤回同意或拒絕行銷

  • 提出申訴

10. 兒童隱私

本服務不面向 13 歲以下兒童。若您發現孩童在未經家長同意下提供個資，請即通知我們，我們將迅速刪除相關資料。

11. 外部連結

本服務可能包含通往第三方網站之連結。第三方網站之內容與隱私實務由其自行負責，本政策不適用於該等網站。

註：目前本公司網站不使用 Cookie 或其他追蹤技術。

12. 政策變更

若本政策有重大變動，我們將於官方網站及 App 內顯眼位置公告，並更新「最後更新日期」。重大變更生效前，我們將透過電子郵件通知已註冊用戶。

Welcome to TrainerPlux (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how SolFirTech Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards your personal data, and describes your rights. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described herein.

3. Data We Collect

3-1 Essential Account & Identity Data

  • Name or display name

  • Email address

  • Public profile photo and ID provided by third-party login (Google, Apple, Facebook)

3-2 Usage & Diagnostics

  • Booking records (coach ID, session time, location, notes)

  • Community interactions (comments, likes)

  • Device information: IP address, OS version, model, locale, push-notification token, crash logs

3-3 Media You Authorise

  • Photos or videos from your camera or gallery (accessed only when you upload)

Excluded Data**:** We do not collect, process, or store credit-card numbers or other banking details. When you make a payment, you will be redirected to a secure checkout page provided by our third-party payment processor (e.g., TapPay, ECPay, or another PCI-DSS certified provider). The payment information you enter is handled exclusively by that processor under its own privacy policy. TrainerPlux only receives non-sensitive transaction metadata (e.g., order ID, payment status) and never retains full card numbers or CVC codes.

7. Data Retention

  • Personal data is erased or anonymised within 90 days after you delete your account, except where laws require longer retention (max. 7 years for tax records).

  • Crash logs and diagnostics are kept for 24 months for debugging and security purposes.

8. International Transfers

Data is processed in Taiwan and on Google Cloud (region: asia-east1). We employ TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at-rest encryption to protect your data.

9. Your Rights

You may access, rectify or delete your personal data via the account settings, or by emailing us. You also have the right to data portability, to object to marketing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

11. External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email and display a prominent notice in the app before changes take effect, and update the “Last updated” date above.
